Movie Poster
When creating our film poster we took inspiration from other movie posters such as Eden Lake, we found that the all had very similar characteristics. One that stood out was the layout, the title was always at the bottom of the poster a posed to the top. It was accompanied by the film creditors and the extra information about the cast and credits. This poster also follows the conventions of a normal film poster as it includes such things such as the ratings, the information, e.i credits and when it will be released.

Production Killing
A very important scene to film as from the audience feedback session I was told that the concept of our story was good however it wasn't clear enough yet for the audience to understand the background story, as to why the killings are taking place. This scene is the death of the killers girlfriend, a significant clip that is a vital part of the story telling.
Voice Over In Our Trailer
In our trailer we want to have a voice over narrating the story. Having this VoiceOver in our trailer will create an insight to the audience as a voice over plays a key part of the story telling. Our voice over will have certain characteristics of the song Forever Autumn, key elements of the introduction of the song that apply have been extracted.

Foley Sounds
We have used a lot of foley sounds in our trailer as it creates both an authentic and realistic sound. We used foley sounds as it creates suspense and a great dramatic effect. I created some of the sound effects in final cut pro presets and audio sound effects online. Of which I then merged together in order to create a horrific stabbing sound effect (knife entering and exciting). Having foley sounds in our trailer is appropriate, as the Horror genre consists of unnatural, bloody, mysterious sounds.

Continuity Editing
The editing in our horror trailer was extremely vital as it played a key part of the story telling. The fade to black sequence was tremendously important as it meant the audience where left with the imagination of the brutal killings. To enhance this image I only included the foley sounds of the screams and stabbing sounds. For the distorted CCTV effect I included a distorted TV effect with the preset of a video recorder and merged them both together.

Audience Feedback
It was advised that we changed our production logo as the one before looked to cheap and not appropriate to our trailer. We wanted our media production logo to be professional and attractive, we want the audience to remember the logo and for them to acknowledge this production.

Feedback On Trailer
Have to change the introduction certificate as it is an american certificate, I also have to change the duration of how fast the fade in/out of our distributor sign. I also have to make the cuts a lot shorter when introducing our characters. This is because we want to create a quick horror suspense in our trailer. I was also advised to take out the visuals of killing one and to only include the audio (the stabbing) To have a black screen meaning that it is left for the viewers imagination of how gruesome the killing was. Contemplating on having the fall of the victim after the black screen and audio.
